Who We Are

My name is Jessica Walker, and I am the creator of The LV Food Blog. I am a wife, a full-time SAHM, an entrepreneur, and a content creator. I originally created The LV Food Blog to use as a platform to showcase my food photos and videos. Since the pandemic began, I spent countless hours studying, learning, and creating. I realized that what I want to do in life is help small businesses succeed. My husband and I witnessed some of our favorite restaurants and small businesses shut down during the pandemic.

I realized that I could use my background in Digital Marketing, as well as in Photography and Videography to create a platform that could potentially help businesses stay afloat. I created my Instagram page and began posting photos and videos of my favorite restaurants. I also began posting thorough reviews and photos on Google for the rest of the world to see.

My husband and my son are the reasons why I am able to do what I love. My husband and I moved to Las Vegas in the beginning of 2019 from Maui, Hawai‘i. We loved that there were so many more food & beverage options and nightlife in Las Vegas, and we both worked in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.

My husband plays a huge role in The LV Food Blog, and is constantly assisting me with lighting, watching our son while I’m filming or shooting, and so much more!

Photography and Videography have been a passion of mine since I was an adolescent. Being able to do what I love in this incredible city is truly a dream come true for me.

I am a foodie and I love trying new things! I enjoy working with and creating relationships with small businesses. I offer my professional services to businesses that are interested in my work, while offering reasonable and affordable prices. As a former worker in the restaurant and hospitality industry, I know that it is not easy running a restaurant or a small business.
